I like the fact that the technicians come when they say they are going to come. They're knowledgeable and also personable and I have had two other companies before and I like this one and have been with this one now, I guess, three or four years. We have an internal collections department and all accounts and payments are handled there first. If payment is not received through them then it is outsourced to a third party collections agency called Transworld Systems. They can be contacted at 1-888-446-4733.
