Term-A-Pest

Our Term-A-Pest service is a proactive, Integrated Pest Management solution which is made up of a six step process consisting of:

1. A detailed termite and general pest inspection and pest identification will be performed by our qualified and well trained field representative.
   
   
2. We will assess your pest problems and customize a treatment strategy which works best for you.
   
   
3. The initial treatment and installation of pest monitoring stations will be performed, consisting of:
1. Application of an Exterior Perimeter Crawling Insect Treatment.
2. Installation of a Rodent Monitoring Station.
3. De-webbing of your home inside and out.
4. Performing any needed exterior Exclusion work (caulking, etc…)
5. Installation of Termite Monitoring Stations if requested.
4. A set service schedule will be provided where your regular technician will be there on the same day and time every other month.
   
   
5. The regular service includes:
1. Inspection of the exterior of your home and monitoring stations for pest activity.
2. Identification of any found pests.
3. Providing targeted treatments for pests as needed on the exterior or interior.
6. Any extra service calls needed for covered pests are included at NO additional cost.  If a pest problem arises between services, call or email us and we’ll schedule a technician to take care of your problem.

Covered pests include:  Ants (all species), Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Clover Mites, Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Fleas, Ground Beetles, Mice, Millipedes,  Pillbugs, Rats, Silverfish, Spiders, Sowbugs, Bees Nests, Wasp Nests, Subterranean Termites (if selected), and many more.
