With this merger, we are now positioned to serve you better than ever! The combined experience, professionalism and workmanship of these two great companies will bring additional value and support. Our team of trained pest professionals can quickly and confidently implement the latest technological advancements and green initiatives in the pest control industry. All of our pest management programs are developed and overseen by our staff entomologists to ensure we remain abreast of the latest Integrated Pest Management practices and that our services comply with all current regulations.

Services provided by American Pest are QualityPro & Quality Pro Green accredited by NPMA, the industry’s highest mark of excellence, for their integration of non-toxic methods and low impact EPA-labeled products. The staff includes four board-certified entomologists, eight associate certified entomologists, over 30 state certified technicians, a K-9 Bed Bug Detection Team and over a hundred employees.

 

Changes to Billing & Invoicing

Over the next few months, you may see a few changes associated with your billing. 

  • Payment: You may see a delay associated with your charges as we upgrade our billing software. 
  • Invoices: You will likely see some changes in invoicing like the American Pest logo and bill-to address.

Service Changes

You should not expect to see any changes to your service plan. However, you may begin to see some new faces servicing your home from American Pest. While we expect very little to change in the manner of which you were previously serviced, you now have the ability to add new services to your pest control plan. These additional service offerings may include:

  • Mosquito & Tick Control
  • Termite Control
  • Around-the-Clock SMART Pest Control

Customer Portal

In an effort to improve the customer experience, we're introducing our new customer portal. This will allow you to view upcoming services, account balances and more on a central dashboard for easy access.

  • Request service online: The portal gives each customer direct access to our customer service team. Send us a message through the portal any time and a service representative will receive an alert with your account and service request within the next business day. 

  • View service history: The portal allows customers to view upcoming scheduled services along with service history. Customers can access reporting and technician notes at the push of a button. Need to request a service? You can do so on the "My Services" page under the main menu.

  • Access billing history: View previous payments and update billing information with ease. The portal gives customers access to update billing information and stay up to date with invoices through the merger.

Routing & Scheduling

Our pest professionals are working hard from 7 am to 6 pm every weekday. In an attempt to be as efficient as possible, we optimize technicians’ schedules to maximize the amount of time dedicated to your particular service. Feel free to give us a call if a shorter time window is necessary to accommodate interior service.

Our call center is available from 8 am to 5 pm and will be able to assist you with scheduling needs. During evenings and weekends, we offer an answering service for those after-hours emergencies that can occasionally pop up.

We want to hear from you! Listen360 offers customers the chance to be heard when questions or concerns may have previously fallen through the cracks. You can expect to receive a survey following your initial service with American Pest. We encourage customer feedback on each aspect of our visit – right down to the technician.
